About the Race: The course will start in front of the White Bear Boat Work's Marina in White Bear Lake, 4497 Lake Ave South. Please call Vacation Sports at (612)653-7401 if you have any further questions.

Registration: The preregistration fee is $20 on and before February 19, 2010. Race day registration will be held in the commons area next to Kawalski from 8:00 - 8:55 am. Watch for signs. Race day registration fee is $30. No refunds

Schedule: The Run and Walk will begin at 9:00 am.

Age Groups: Men and Women: 15 and under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-Over.

Awards: To top three runners in each age group.

Race Memento: Great long sleeve T-shirts.

Directions: Interstate 694 to Highway 61. Follow Highway 61. to Kowalski's , turn right at Whitaker (after Kowalski's, by Taco John's). Park in the large parking loy by the lake. Volunteers will direct you to the registration area.
